Eligibility:
The Promotion is open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is valid only for new surgery bookings made on or after October 1, 2025. Patients who have already signed a surgery contract, scheduled a procedure, or made payment before October 1, 2025, are not eligible to receive the promotional discount. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Stephen Delia, M.D. (“Sponsor”), 20 Tremont Street, Bldg. 3, Duxbury, Massachusetts.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on September 10, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by scanning the QR code provided in the official postcard mailing and completing the entry form as directed. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Morpheus 8 RF Microneedling 8 package valued at approximately $3,000. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other alternatives, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Winner Selection and Notification: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about November 30, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or phone on or before November 30, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
